INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup water (less if you want it thick)
- 1 cup frozen ripe mango (or pineapple)
- 1 frozen spotty banana
- ~2-3 cups frozen spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Spirulina
- 1 chunk fresh ginger (peeled)
- Slice aloe (inner flesh); optional
- 1/2 juiced lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add coconut water to the base of a high speed blender
- Add spinach (or greens of choice)
- Add remaining ingredients to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve, sip, and enjoy!
