When it’s that awkward time between seasons… still hot, but its mid-September and everyone is getting in the fall mood, bring on the fall inspired smoothie bowls. The perfect transition from summer to fall… Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl — so refreshing, with all the fall flavor! You’ll be surprised at just how simple this is! I added in some Nuzest Vanilla Plant Protein for a protein boost (you can use my code: mindbodyblueprint for a discount) but you could omit this, or replace it with a Tablespoon of almond butter for a nutty/vanilla taste. Even after fall comes full force, my Vitamix will still be whipping up smoothies on the regular! This one is definitely a keeper.

Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 frozen spotty bananas
- 1 fresh spotty banana
- 1/2 large carrot, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla protein (or almond butter)
- Vanilla bean, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg to taste
- favorite plant milk (I did almond)
Directions
- Step 1 Add a splash of plant milk to the base of the blender
- Step 2 Add remaining ingredients
- Step 3 Blend until smooth
- Step 4 Top with favorite toppings (coconut and granola taste great with this bowl)
