They tasted like dessert… thats because they probably were. Most smoothie shops load their smoothies with unnecessary ingredients like extra sugar, sweetened yogurts, even ice-cream. While theres a time and a place for the sweet treat, smoothies can easily be made healthy without all the extra junk.
This Orange creamscile smoothie only has 4 ingredients, and is straight up delicious! The perfect cooling summer treat! I added Vital Proteins Vanilla Collagen for a scoop of gut-healing protein (plus some probiotics 😉 )

4 ingredient Orange Creamscile Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 Peeled Navel Orange
- 1 Frozen spotty banana
- 1 Tablespoon Almond butter
- 1 Scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Coconut Peptides
- 1-2 cups of water (depending how thick you want it)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high
- Pour and Serve 🙂
